In a study pub­lished online Nov. 18 in PLOS Med­i­cine, Aus­tralian researchers reviewed 52 pre­vi­ous stud­ies that looked at the ben­e­fits of com­put­er­ized brain train­ing soft­ware for 4,885 healthy seniors.
