See the arrow below. The flat caboose car gives away the train’s direc­tion, head­ing right instead of left, as opposed to all oth­er trains.

Sure, not nec­es­sar­i­ly “wrong,” just dif­fer­ent from all oth­er trains…which might pro­voke an acci­dent or two.
