Save the Date for Brainnovations Pitch Contest on December 5th

Giv­en the suc­cess of the first Brainnova­tions Pitch Con­test last year (details here), the 2018 Sharp­Brains Vir­tu­al Sum­mit will host a sec­ond Brainnova­tions edi­tion, for 12 select­ed star­tups to pitch their inno­v­a­tive solu­tions to to all Sum­mit par­tic­i­pants and to our dis­tin­guished Judges –our very own “Sharp Tank”:

It was great that at least one of the judges had already pur­chased and start­ed using our prod­uct so we could delve into the nuances of our tech­nol­o­gy quick­ly. And I was thrilled that all judges saw the pos­si­bil­i­ties to cre­ate sig­nif­i­cant glob­al impact.

In a nut­shell, what is the core idea behind Touch­Points?

Too many peo­ple suf­fer too much stress, often lead­ing to sleep­less­ness, crav­ings, anger, poor focus, poor per­for­mance, and feel­ing over­whelmed. SharpBrains Announces new Brainnovations Pitch Contest and ‘Sharp Tank’ to promote Brain Health & Enhancement in the Digital Age

– Judg­ing Pan­el for the Brain­no­va­tions Pitch Contest

In order to spark inno­v­a­tive col­lab­o­ra­tions between brain sci­en­tists, tech­nol­o­gists and entre­pre­neurs world­wide, inde­pen­dent mar­ket research firm Sharp­Brains has launched a Brainnova­tions Pitch Con­test open to star­tups har­ness­ing brain research and emerg­ing tech­nolo­gies to help every human being thrive in the dig­i­tal age.

The Call for Sub­mis­sions is open until Octo­ber 31st, 11 PM US Pacif­ic Stan­dard Time. 12 Final­ists will pitch at the 2017 Sharp­Brains Vir­tu­al Sum­mit: Brain Enhance­ment in the Dig­i­tal Age (Decem­ber 5–7th, 2017).

“We are hon­ored to count on such a dis­tin­guished ‘Sharp Tank’ to dis­cuss and select the most promis­ing star­tups in the dig­i­tal health and neu­rotech space,” says Alvaro Fer­nan­dez, Sharp­Brains‘ CEO & Edi­tor-in-Chief, who will co-facil­i­tate the con­test with Dr. Bob Bilder, Direc­tor of the UCLA Ten­nen­baum Cen­ter for the Biol­o­gy of Creativity.
