Question by Michael King
I am curious… as the Director of a Brain Health Center, what do you do to optimize your own brain performance? And what about your co-workers’ brain performance?
Answer by Dr. Sandra Chapman
I never accept status quo or predictable meetings. The briefer the better to maximize brain potential. It is important for people to give their ideas in a sentence or two at a high level versus getting bogged down in the details to explain everything. I want synthesized new ideas to lead the way! I squeeze the potential out of my co-workers by making them innovate new ideas and solve big problems without micro-managing their thinking.
