Final 10 days to nominate teachers for the $1M Global Teacher Prize 2024

Dear edu­ca­tors, par­ents, and stu­dents worldwide,

There are now ten days to go until appli­ca­tions and nom­i­na­tions close for the Glob­al Teacher Prize, and we want­ed to ask you to help us spread the word. The Glob­al Teacher Prize, in part­ner­ship with GEMS edu­ca­tion, serves to under­line the impor­tance of edu­ca­tors and the fact that, through­out the world, their efforts deserve to be recog­nised and cel­e­brat­ed. It seeks to acknowl­edge the impact of the very best teach­ers – not only on their stu­dents but on the com­mu­ni­ties around them.

Teach­ers apply­ing for the Glob­al Teacher Prize will be assessed on teach­ing prac­tices, how they inno­vate to address local chal­lenges, achieve demon­stra­ble learn­ing out­comes, impact the com­mu­ni­ty beyond the class­room, help chil­dren become glob­al cit­i­zens, improve the teach­ing pro­fes­sion and gain recog­ni­tion from exter­nal bodies.

Please join us in cel­e­brat­ing teach­ers and the amaz­ing things they do to devel­op and refine our brains. Rec­og­nize the teach­ers who have changed your life, and the lives of oth­ers around you, by nom­i­nat­ing them for a Glob­al Teacher Prize HERE by Mon­day, 16th Decem­ber, at 8:00 AM GMT.
