    this is a SUPERB list. i’ve read everything but the Zull and the Goldberg (and i’ve read all the other stuff over and over. great list. but the diet thing is pretty fluffy for this list, and especially for beck. she’s heavy duty in the cognitive world. thanks again. i’ll read the other two now.

    In terms of Beck’s book, we do appreciate her effort to bring cognitive therapy principles and techniques into a more mainstream audience (through a weight-loss angle), and her book is well worthy for people interested in that topic.
